LAGROTTERIA ALESSANDRO

I am a young biologist interested in biodiversity and ecosystem conservation. In recent years, I have been primarily involved in researching and monitoring terrestrial mammals, applying behavioral ecology through traditional techniques such as line transects, camera trapping, and bioacoustics. More recently, I have been working on marine mammals, studying them through traditional monitoring methods (photo ID, MMO, bioacoustics) and environmental DNA, an area of great interest to me that I now try to apply to various species and ecosystems. Moreover, I have experience in scientific communication, both in the field and on social media, through my involvement in Citizen Science projects.
