On November 4th and 5th, the Institute of Research on Terrestrial Ecosystems (IRET) welcomed a delegation of Chilean researchers from the Forestry Institute (INFOR) to Italy for a visit to research centers and universities engaged in forestry-related activities.
During the first day, IRET and INFOR researchers presented their work, exchanging knowledge, experiences, and research methodologies.
On the second day, the delegation visited agroforestry facilities in the Biodistrict of Bolsena.
These two days represented an important opportunity to strengthen scientific and institutional dialogue, promote the sharing of technical expertise, and lay the groundwork for future collaborations in the management and conservation of forest resources
