IRET’s Naples laboratory carries out scientific research activities aimed at the development of integrated landscape analysis models and methodologies. Anthropogenic territorial changes, specific environmental, architectural and landscape features are investigated through a methodology based on the critical and comparative analysis of bibliographical, cartographic, documentary, archival and digital sources. The collection of data derived from the sources will prepare for the elaboration of diachronic studies and thematic digital maps, with the aim of improving the knowledge and valorization of the cultural and natural heritage resources.
