At the end of the six-year project, LIFE SPAN is organising a closing event to present the activities carried out, the results achieved and possible future developments. The event, ‘Saproxylic biodiversity in forests – How to integrate conservation and management’, to be held in June 2026 in Cansiglio, aims to go beyond the scope of the individual project by involving experts capable of outlining the state of the art on the subject at national and European level.
The event will take place on 23 and 24 June in Pian del Cansiglio (Belluno), featuring a two-day programme comprising a conference (23 June – Hangar Cansiglio) and a forest walk (24 June).
